                   Harike Wildlife Sanctuary

It's in Punjab near Amritsar locally known as "Hari-Ke- Pattan". It is one of the largest wetlands in northern India. It is situated at the two major rivers of Punjab - Sutlej and Beas. 

It is famous for migration birds. And at the time of winter season, you can see many birds like graylag geese, coots, gadwall, northern pintail, common teal, common pochard and many more...

When u enters inside it you will come across a forest. Beside it you can see the lake too

and it will give you such a peaceful satisfaction that u will forget everything for a while, and u will lose in the Beauty of nature.

When u will walk on those fallen leaves u can hear the voice of those leaves and birds. There chirping sound and little little sunlight which will peep through trees will make you feel amazed. Well, it covers an area of approximately 86 square kilometers.

You can find these swan boats too. After reaching in between of the lake you will find yourself between the water, plants and birds a complete nature which will make u calm.
