So today I am gonna talk about the challenges which are faced by the lawyers..
●No Fixed working Hours - A Lawyer work can be overwhelming ,they have to do lot of research, meetings, court appearings and they are assigned deadlines and it leads to long hours.
● Time management - A Lawyer should know how to manage there time beacuse they have lot of responsibilities. They have to maintain the balance between the personal and the professional life too..

● No Idea About New Technologies- In this era, learning New technology is very important, if you don't have technological info.. you may left behind..
●Poor communication - One of the most important point. If you don't know how to communicate well , it will be very difficult for you to handle clients and argue in court appearances.
●Insecurities - There are lot of chances of getting harm by the criminals or opposing party. So you have to be very aware.

According to few female Lawyers..well experienced in criminal cases, said that beacuse this is the male dominanted society. Women have to face more challenges than men's , like people don't trust women easily. Even clients often tend to hire male representatives because they believe that women might not make every effort to represent them in court because of family commitments or personal issues.
That's why every women have to proof themselves to survive in this profession.
