Welcome to my another blog. I hope you all are doing well. 😊
Today, we will know how to use Grid lines in the camera so that we can make our photograph perfect ?
Rule of third in digital photography is one of the most powerful techniques, which help you in positioning different elements in the photos.
Most modern smartphone cameras now can overlay the lines over the screen before taking the photos, it is inbuilt already so that it become easy to use. Basically it is used to make the photographs more asethetic and pleasant...
As you can see the picture it involves dividing an image into nine equal parts by drawing two equally spaced horizontal lines and two equally spaced vertical lines, creating a grid with nine equally sized boxes....
▪️Divide the frame: Through the camera's viewfinder, divide your image into thirds both horizontally and vertically, creating the nine equally sized boxes.
▪️Placement of subjects: When composing your shot, try to place the most important elements of your scene along these gridlines or at their intersections. For example, if you're photographing a landscape with a beautiful sunset, you might place the horizon along the lower or upper horizontal line, depending on whether the sky or the foreground is more captivating.
Example:
In this picture also Rule of third has been used
the photographer has putten the subject on the right side. The dog has been placed at the intersecting line that's why it is giving a different and an asethetic look.....
Take care
Thank you✌️
